LapCom Return Policy

LapCom confirms that all the products sold are original and working in good condition and with high efficiency. If for any reason, the absence of any of these conditions occurs, Lapcom will be very happy to return what was purchased, return or exchange it according to the customer's request, and this will be reported within 24 hours from the date of receiving the order.


If the return request is raised on the products and the request is accepted by Lapcom, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method that was used during the creation of the request, whether through the site or at the point of sale.


In the event of sending the entire product or parts of the order, we ask the customer to contact us immediately through the available Lapcom communication methods (e-mail - mobile - direct chat - WhatsApp - Messenger) to be replaced or returned urgently.


If the customer paid by one of the online payment methods and Lapcom did not send the request within the specified period mentioned in the customer’s control panel or mentioned during the creation of the order, the refund process will be carried out with the same payment method in which the order was created.


The customer sends the products mentioned in the order and we will check it and send a notification of the receipt of the product and also the status of the refund of money owed to it.


The return period for products is within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.


As for the shipping fees, we will deduct them from the total money owed according to the condition of the reason for the return, meaning that if the reason for the return was caused by a defect in the product or a wrong sending on our part, the replacement will be free of charge with a full refund of the money owed to the customer. If otherwise, consideration will be given to the Order status. Note that if the return is without reason, 10% of the order value will be deducted


LapCom has the full right to modify or cancel the order as long as it is inside the branch and has not been shipped to the customer.



Warranty is a one-month replacement from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and no software malfunction other than accessories (charger - battery - cable - RAM - hard - DVD), it is only three days. Note that accessory products are not subject to a warranty.


The customer’s receipt of the invoice is an acknowledgement from him that he knows all the terms of the return policy, in addition to that he acknowledges that the products are working in good condition.


To obtain approval from LapCom to recover the amounts due, the product must be compatible with the following cases:

  • If there is a manufacturing defect in the hardware of the device.

  • If there is a defect in one of the device’s accessories (charger - battery - cable - RAM - hard), the same part will be changed during the return guarantee period, and the device will not be returned or replaced because of it.

  • Removing, scratching, burning or changing the warranty sticker on the device or accessories.

  • If the software that damages the hardware, such as amplifiers or overclocking, is used, the device is out of warranty.

  • The condition of the products should be in the same condition as they were received with all their accessories.

  • The product is not accepted in cases of breakage, burning, misuse, or exposure to a high or low frequency of electricity, which led to the combustion of the internal components.

  • Send all the attachments related to the application, provided that they are intact and in good condition, as they were sent.

  • In the case of receipt from the branch, the original purchase invoice must be available to accept the product in the warranty.

  • No more than fourteen days have passed since the date of the purchase invoice.

  • The battery has a minimum video playback hour guarantee for devices with high power consumption based on the main processor or graphics card processor and large screen - as for medium-consuming devices, the warranty ranges from one and a half to two hours, depending on the device.


LapCom periodically makes adjustments to these policies and the update is announced on the various digital means of LapCom, so please review them periodically to be sure of any changes that occur to these policies.
