LapCom Terms and conditions
Introduction:
Welcome to LapCom, these are the terms and conditions of use of the LapCom platform and all its pages, links and features.
Your use of the LapCom platform constitutes your agreement to all the terms and conditions set through LapCom and is considered effective as soon as you choose the consent button.
Registration and membership:
LapCom grants membership to those over the age of 18, the account will be cancelled and the member’s financial accounts will be liquidated if it is known that the member is not over 18 years old, and therefore the member acknowledges that he has exceeded this age when creating a store on the LapCom platform.

If a member or organization opens two accounts at the same time, LapCom has the right to freeze the two accounts or cancel one of them, with the liquidation of all financial accounts of the account before closing it.
Users, whether individuals or institutions, must abide by the commercial contracts concluded with members.
All applicable laws stipulated for electronic commerce must be adhered to.

Not to violate the confidentiality or privacy of users of the LapCom platform, whether by disclosing, publishing or disclosing their personal information to others, whether by viewing it, disclosing it, transferring it, or using it.
Digital communication:
The member agrees to communicate with him by e-mail or by broadcasting his promotion ads on the platform and agrees that all agreements, advertisements, data and other communications that you provide electronically serve as their written counterparts, in meeting the legal needs.
When LapCom makes any changes, procedures or new promotional activities within the platform, it will send a message to your e-mail or to your cell phone to notify you about it.
As a user, you have the right to opt out of receiving promotional emails by clicking on the opt-out option.
Product return and refund:
The Products are returned according to return policy page of the LapCom platform, and at LapCom's discretion, the returned product is accepted, which on its part is subject to the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The value of the returned Products shall be refunded according to LapCom, taking into account the following: product price, shipping fees, applicable discount coupons, the value of the product shall be refunded by depositing a balance in the account on the LapCom platform, or in the LapCom wallet, or by vouchers or phone transfer bank transfer or such other method as we may specify at any time.
Shipping fees for return orders:
In the event that the return was due to an error in the product, LapCom shall be borne after receiving the order.
If the buyer objects to the product within 14 days of receipt, LapCom shall bear the shipping costs, and the seller shall bear the shipping fees for returning the item.
In the event that LapCom does not agree to return the product and at the same time the customer refuses to receive the product, LapCom will have the right to dispose of the product after 60 days of the customer’s refusal.
In the event that the return was due to the buyer’s mistake and the product is still in its original condition without being opened, the buyer will bear the shipping fees that were paid to ship the item and the fees for returning the item to the seller.
Returned products for LapCom:
LapCom has the right to destroy or dispose of the returned product within 60 days from the date of receipt in the event that the seller does not receive the returned product or the buyer refuses to receive it, and this is done after notifying the seller through the email attached by the seller.
Furthermore, LapCom has the right to debit the seller's account or claim any fees or sums that it may incur through the destruction or liquidation of the above-mentioned Products.
Trademarks:
LapCom owned marks and other marks and logos on the Platform are protected by trademark and intellectual property rights and laws.
Other trademarks not owned by LapCom are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, affiliated with, or sponsored by LapCom.
Confidentiality:
LapCom takes all measures to protect its users' data.

Compensation:

Breach of the General Terms and Conditions:
When registering with LapCom, you are bound by all terms, conditions, policies and guidelines. If these terms are violated, LapCom has the right to do the following: Temporarily suspend your access to the LapCom platform. Permanently prevent you from accessing the platform.
LapCom will prevent any device, whether it is a computer, mobile phone or tablet that uses your IP from accessing your IP address.
Reach out to any or all of your Internet service providers and request that your access to the LapCom platform be blocked.
LapCom will start taking all legal action against you, whether for breach of contract or otherwise.
Contract total:
In accordance with these Terms and Conditions, this Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the User and LapCom with respect to the use of the Platform and will supersede all prior agreements between the User and LapCom.
Sequence of terms and conditions:
In the event that these General Terms and Conditions conflict with the Seller Terms and Conditions, LapCom Terms, Policies and Guidelines, these General Terms and Conditions, Seller Terms and Conditions, and LapCom Terms, Policies and Guidelines will operate in the order described in this section.
Revision and modification:
LapCom has the right to revise these General Terms and Conditions, Seller Terms and Conditions, and LapCom Terms, Policies and Guidelines from time to time.

Separation possibility:

Law and Jurisdiction According to Egyptian law, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and Cairo courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute related to these terms and conditions.
