LapCom shipping Policy

Please read it carefully before using the LapCom platform:

• It takes 48 hours for the request to reach Cairo and Alexandria, the Delta and Lower Egypt 5 days, and Upper Egypt 7 days on average.

• If you wish to cancel the order that you purchased with LapCom and the product has not been shipped from LapCom, the full amount will be refunded, including the shipping costs from LapCom.

• If the product has already been purchased and shipped and you want to cancel the order, the amount will be refunded, but after deducting the shipping cost, if any, according to what is stipulated on the return policy page.

• If the order reaches the buyer and has already been opened, it will be returned to what is stipulated on the shipping policy page, provided that the product is in its original condition, the customer service is contacted to make a return request, within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

We would like to note that the purchased product may take longer due to the following reasons:

• Effects of the novel coronavirus (Covid19) pandemic.

• Bad weather.

• LapCom was late in shipping the product.

• Any factors beyond our control.
